Project Architect
Role Overview
As a role dedicated to delivering project outcomes, the Project Architect's responsibilities are dynamic, focusing on ensuring the quality and completeness of project documentation. Leading the design process and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, the Project Architect plays a crucial role in achieving project success. Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
  • Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
  • Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
  • Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.
Competences & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • +3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
  • ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in using BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others.
  • Previous work experience developing projects for the US is a must.
  • In-depth working knowledge in construction with emphasis production work in a team environment and project setup required.
  • Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different teams and disciplines.
Architect Project Manager
Role Overview
As a role focused on achieving outcomes, the Project Manager's responsibilities are adaptable and dynamic, potentially undergoing significant changes to align with company, team, and project objectives. Emphasizing action, the primary goal is to drive progress and coordinate efforts to enhance outcomes. Balancing priorities among company requirements, client expectations, project needs, and team dynamics, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in team leadership. They must lead by example, embody organizational values and culture, and contribute to achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all project-related activities from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule, identifying key milestones and assigning resources to meet established deadlines.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication to understand and meet client needs.
  • Manage the project budget, monitoring costs and ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Identify and proactively resolve project issues and risks, implementing effective solutions to mitigate any negative impacts on the final outcome.
  • Supervise the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets client standards and requirements, as well as relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Architect to ensure successful and seamless project execution.
Competences & Skills
