Role Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural and technical design process of the project, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Oversee design quality, conducting regular reviews and providing guidance to the design team to ensure a high-quality final outcome.
  • Maintain the integrity of the project's Documentation Set and the BIM model, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all project stages.
  • Collaborate closely with other project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to effectively coordinate design and project implementation.
  • Actively participate in design and construction coordination, ensuring seamless integration of architectural and technical aspects of the project.
Competences & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • +3 years of experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, preferably in a BIM environment.
  • ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in using BIM software, such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or others.
  • Previous work experience developing projects for the US is a must.
  • In-depth working knowledge in construction with emphasis production work in a team environment and project setup required.
  • Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner

Architect Project Manager

  • Manage and oversee all project-related activities from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resources to optimize project efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication to understand and meet client needs.

BIM Lead
Role Overview
Whether you're mid or senior-level, if you bring experience and expertise, this role is for you. A BIM Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the achievement of our BIM Consultancy projects and efforts. It upholds professional standards and contributes to the excellence of our BIM Consultancy services through its expertise and commitment to quality and collaboration.
Responsibilities
  • Lead our BIM Consultancy projects and internal efforts, developing creative and functional solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Ensure the quality and completeness of our BIM Consultancy projects, which include deliverables such as BIM Standards, BIM Content, BIM Strategies implementations, BIM workflow optimizations, and other BIM-related processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain firm-wide BIM templates, workflows, and libraries to streamline efficiency across teams.
  • Generate project-specific procedures to meet BIM expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to BIM standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with other project team members and stakeholders to effectively coordinate BIM standards and strategies implementations.
  • Supervise model quality, conducting regular QA/QC reviews and providing guidance to project teams to ensure a high-quality outcome.
  • Create and maintain project-specific and office-wide parametric content
  • Lead internal training sessions and workshops to enhance BIM knowledge across the company.
  • Actively engage with the project teams to troubleshoot and to ensure Revit best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and guide their implementation within /slantis.
Competences & Skills
  • Previous experience in architectural design and technical development in construction projects, in a BIM environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • ONLY Advanced/Native English speakers will be considered.
  • Must have experience implementing standards in U.S. based projects within the last 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience performing QA/QC on BIM models and content.
  • Enthusiastic, team player, and quick learner
  • Should have held a role as a BIM Specialist, BIM Lead, or similar in the last 4 years.
  • Must have hands-on experience working with all modules of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Interoperability Tools is required.
  • Experience working with content management tools such as AVAIL, Kinship, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in creating and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Must have hands-on experience working with all modules of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Dynamo, C#, or Python. Experience with Model Coordination tools like Navisworks. Familiarity with external QAQC tools such as Solibri and Interoperability tools like IFC, Rhino.Inside.Revit.
